I've been using smart insurance for a few years now. They always change up the inside of the building but NEVER upgrade the phones for employees. My insurance experience with them is 5 starks but the customer service is just continuously declining over the phone (in person they're great!) I recommend a new phone and maybe the owner should stop mumbling. I appreciate him he is very nice but the mumbling is VERY unprofessional and quite frankly I don't like asking you over and over again what did you say.
This is in regards to the bridge City location for Smart insurance. I did a policy change on my progressive insurance policy that decreased my premium yet I was charged $59?
