⭐☆☆☆☆ Review: I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this construction company. The Gemeldi employee demonstrated little goodwill and zero friendliness during the service. In addition, the employees damaged the walls while removing the tapes they hadn't even installed—they didn't repair them, causing further damage. Before and after is night and day. A team of two re-grouted and re-caulked my tiled shower in 1.5 hours. Couldn’t have come out better, and reasonably priced. The people are very nice and responsive too.
The worst of the worst!
Gemeldi did excellent work for me on short notice, and it was top-notch quality. I needed a few electrical outlets added before moving in, as well as some shower rods installed. The work was challenging but her team worked quickly and she kept me up-to-date throughout the process, as I was out of town. She is very professional, easy to communicate with, and offers her ideas but is not pushy.
