They have scammed me. Took my $5000+ deposit, cancelled installation. It’s been 7 months and still no refund. DO NOT go with these people. Biggest regret of my life.
Very kind and helpful. Product is working great. There was a hiccup with the installation date moving back but all smooth sailing after that.
It took awhile to get going understandably with the back log of people wanting solar. They gave me a date ,arrived on the date did the job efficiently great group of boys.. thanks to Dan Stephens for all the help
Overall quite happy with the product. The process of purchasing was easy and answered all my questions I had. The installation date was changed twice. Communiation to get an install date was pretty bad. They couldn't get everything done so the installer had to come back for a second time 1.5 weeks (was told within a week) later to complete it. The installers were amazing and they weren't told of how big of a job it was originally. Communication with the sales agents etc could be better but overall happy. Was about 2 months w... read more
