Had a great experience with Smarthouse Solar. The installation was completed right on time, and the whole process ran very smoothly on the day. The team was professional and efficient, and the final setup looks really clean and well organised. Everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. Got an install done for a FoxESS 10kWh Inverter + 41.93kWh battery system. Installation was done in about 1 month after the contract was signed. The team was very professional and conveyed all information in a timely manner to me.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR - DO NOT USE SMART HOUSE SOLAR! We purchased a set of two home batteries in June 2025, with installation scheduled for July. Since June 2025, we have sent numerous emails to Smart House Solar’s installation team coordinator, Gary, to coordinate the location of the batteries and installation date. To our communication process, we have received either no response or repeated empty promises, resulting in a complete loss of trust in Smart House Solar. Very disappointed with the service – highly unprofessional with repeated empty promises. Our initial installation was scheduled for 13/03/26. It was then delayed to 16/03/26, and subsequently postponed again indefinitely. We have now gone over two weeks with no confirmed installation date and no meaningful updates, despite being told we would receive one.
