Very poor communication and lack of accountability I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company. I paid a 50% deposit in late November 2025 for a 24kW battery system, based on the understanding that installation would occur before Christmas. Do not trade with Smart House Solar. I had a solar system installed by them at total cost of $7000. More than two years later, the system is still not properly connected to the grid due to incomplete paperwork by Smart House Solar. I have had the non-compliant paperwork issues confirmed by my grid provider Ergon Energy, and non-compliance of their installation by Clean Energy Council Australia. We have had trouble over the past 18 months trying to link our Solar Inverter to our phone. Jack has persisted in ensuring that this would happen and he facilitated the interaction with the technician from Growatt until it was successfully linked. We cannot express our appreciation for his efforts enough. Thanks
