Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. He came to the rescue at 11pm after I came home to a 90° house and got my system back up and running, all with the care and understanding that there's a family hoping for a good night's sleep. He's extremely transparent with his work, and such a simple gesture goes a long way for knowing you're getting a fair deal. I'll definitely be calling him again, and next time to prevent an emergency call.

Our family came home from vacation to find our A/C had completely stopped working which was the last thing we wanted to deal with after traveling. We weren’t expecting anyone to come out since this was at 11pm, however, Chris, the owner, personally came out within the hour on a Saturday night. I have to admit even though we were getting out AC replaced it was a great experience genuinely enjoyed Chris his knowledge and more important his ability to truly care about what he’s doing was a breath of fresh air. You could really tell that he does this because he loves what he’s doing. It’s not just a paycheck he truly goes above and beyond smart home air and heat is hands-down a five star company that provides five star service highly recommend them to anybody needs the AC work.

Must say when my AC broke my whole family went into panic and crisis mode. I immediately jumped on google to find me the closest and best company to get the job done. Highly recommend Smart Home Air and Heat! Got this company info through google search. Chris provided exceptional service—he actually came by late in the evening (between 7 and 9 PM) to fix AC unit. He was completely honest, transparent about what needed to be done, and displayed great professionalism throughout. The pricing was exceptionally reasonable as well.
