I have put my 5 star rating into 5 parts of the build. Design - unbelievably helpful and professional throughout the design process. They offered suggestions and guidance throughout the whole design process. Administration - great effort by all, especially as they were in transit to move their office to a different location. I cannot fault Smart Home Additions who did your extension upstairs. They were so easy to work with and made our lives SO much easier! They had a timeline created and completed the project SO quickly. The builders were so professional and punctual and the electricians, plumbers etc were all amazing. They communicated with us over WhatApp every few days so we were always in the loop. I cannot recommend Smart Home Additions and 32 Degrees more! We found Smart Home Additions to be a professional and reliable company to build our first floor addition. The whole team were polite and contactable when needed. The tradesmen turned up on time and worked hard to complete the job in the designated time frame. We were invited to use an app to track the progress and communicate with builders and office personal, this was great. I would highly recommend Smart Home additions if you are looking to add a first floor addition to your existing home.
