Poor communication skills, shoddy equipment, no insurance. I called on Friday to book a digger at Oakleigh. Arrived to pick up on Saturday, sent to Carnegie because attachments were not available at Oakleigh. Oakleigh staff were helpful and friendly. At Carnegie I had a disagreement with the receptionist as the price differed to the one on the website, he insisted that I was wrong but then later pointed out the higher price was due to this digger having tracks, which I didn't need or want but that was the only digger they ha... read more
