Have used this company for past 4 years for boiler servicing and minor plumbing issues. Always arrive when they say they will and give updates on arrrival times by text. Easy to request services - by telephone or email. Text reminder of annual service received on Monday. Appt booked within the hour , boiler serviced on the Friday! Happy to advise on new technologies and will definately use again

Had a leaking boiler, called them in the morning, took a few attempts to get hold of someone but when we did talk to them they sent some over the same day and kept us appraised of their ETA. Only negative is that if you leave a voicemail they don't seem to pick them up.
