A very kind HVAC tech come to my home to assess HVAC issue. The price quoted to replace furnace was 4x what was quoted to me the next day by another company. The second company also gave me a much less expensive fix, instead of replace. Always a good idea to get at least two quotes.
Mike, Susie, and the staff at Smart Heating and Cooling did a phenomenal job replacing our AC unit on an emergency call. The whole process took just one day, and they were professional, friendly, respectful, and humorous throughout. Their warm demeanor made the experience even better. We are so happy they were referred to us and definitely recommend this company!

Amazing customer service and great pricing! We had the tech, Zach, come out on Wednesday and Chris came out on a Friday to go over pricing options. We got two quotes, and moved forward with Smart for our AC replacement. We loved Chris and how he explained everything to us in an easy to understand way.
