Mike J is absolutely amazing. I’ve been Rock’n with him for years. One of the most real, and legit people in the business. Tells you exactly what you need to know, no games, straight up every time. I don’t care if I could save money somewhere else… I’’d rather have quality work, and maintenance done from the beginning, then regret it later.
A very kind HVAC tech come to my home to assess HVAC issue. The price quoted to replace furnace was 4x what was quoted to me the next day by another company. The second company also gave me a much less expensive fix, instead of replace. Always a good idea to get at least two quotes.
Mike, Susie, and the staff at Smart Heating and Cooling did a phenomenal job replacing our AC unit on an emergency call. The whole process took just one day, and they were professional, friendly, respectful, and humorous throughout. Their warm demeanor made the experience even better. We are so happy they were referred to us and definitely recommend this company!
