We live in a split foyer home with a furnace on each level. However, the furnace on the lower level needed replacing. We elected to go with radiant heat from Smart Heat and had panels installed in our ceiling. We have never regretted this decision. We enjoy having individual thermostats in each room because we do not use the lower level bedrooms on a regular basis. When we have company, they can choose the temperature to suit their comfort. I highly recommend Marc Tobin and Smart Heat floor heat panels. I installed the panels in my home and absolutely enjoy having warm floors and warm feet on cold winter days.
