Most recently I had my hip replaced by Dr. Zapf. I can tell you two things: one, get it done. Like anyone you talk to, 'why didn't I do it sooner.' Number two, Dr. Zapf does a great job evaluating and explaining what's going on, what the fix is and how it will be post surgery. It's been amazing. Services are great but billing is a scam. Paid $4000 cash upfront for PRP shots with the mention that it was all inclusive only later to be charged later for the services. Be aware that they will charge you additionally after you’ve paid for Prp shots.
Writing reviews isn’t something I normally do, but I was so impressed with this office that I felt it deserved recognition. Dr. Labovitch was recommended to me by colleagues, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. After injuring my shoulder in a bad snowboarding accident, he provided the treatment I needed to fully recover. The staff made the entire process smooth with their kindness and professionalism.
Dr. Labovitch has provided outstanding orthopedic care to both me and my family since 2020. He is thorough, patient, and always takes the time to explain options clearly so we can make informed decisions, particularly with sports-related injuries. What a wonderful and welcoming facility. The physical therapy department in particular has been a life saver for me. I've had many injuries (back, hip, quad, ankle) and they've taught me a lot about how to treat and maintain the injuries I've had. I keep coming back! The physical therapists, Clayton especially, has been very kind to me - although he might be sick of how often I keep coming back to him with new problems.
