I had a very positive experience with CJ Singh. He is calm, listens without judgement, and explains things clearly. I felt safe talking about difficult topics and came away with practical strategies I can actually use. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for mental health support and he speaks my mother tongue Punjabi which makes the sessions more comfortable.
