Very kind and friendly, everything up to my expectations.
March 27,2025 around 19.15, we went to his Telus booth in the 2nd floor to ask for help because the Telus store in the first floor don’t want to help us. Jon introduced himself, and go above and beyond more than answering our questions. He is polite, respectful, and helpful. He even let us know more deals because we are trying to switch provider from freedom to Koodo. We really appreciate your help, Jon. Thank you.
