Horrible experience. No response to any emails. Their phone number is disconnected and tells you to send an email. I have emailed 5 times on 1 request and no response. No updates on anything. I got mine installed over 1 and a half years ago and still are not turned on. Horrible experience. DON’T GO WITH SMART GREEN SOLAR!!!!
We’ve been having trouble with this company since we had two sales people in November 2022. Come to our house We had to choose from 3 different designs they didn’t even put the design that we picked out for our house instead the installers put what they wanted on our house. These guys are highly unprofessional, they installed solar panels in our home with the promise of x amount of power, but the panels producing 30-40% less power and I am struggling to contact them- at the beginning they promise so many yjomgs like if power production is less than promise-they will install additional panels at no cost etc now it's zero, i need to explore legal options now, thats the only think left, and ANY NEW CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL- IT'S TOTAL WASTE MONEY AND TIME. Once everything was installed. I felt like I was ghosted. The roofing company was not great either. Complained about a leak and came back to do half the job they created. Still till this day have I been calling. Also the panels aren’t as great as they should be. I feel like I’m not producing as much energy as they said I would.
