George has been our family go-to heating and plumbing guy since we needed some work doing some years ago, covering everything from boiler replacements to additional radiators, leak tracing / fixes and annual heating services. Rang on a Sunday, I was amazed that they actually take calls 7 days a week which is fantastic as I work for the NHS and can get back quite late which is then an unsociable time to call. Arranged to visit 2 days later. Turned up promptly. Talked everything through with me and boiler was fixed within the hour. Outstanding work. Thank you
Amazing service from start to finish! The engineer arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and explained everything clearly. The service was carried out quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. They left everything tidy and gave me some really useful advice for keeping the boiler running smoothly. I feel much more confident knowing my system has been checked properly. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again next year!
Contacted due to various heating issues after moving house. George was excellent and diagnosed efficiently and then came back and completed the neccersary work to a high standard. Impressed that they arrived when they said they would arrive and did what they said they would do. Gave a detailed explaination of what needed to be done and provided a detailed breakdown of costings. Would reccomend to other users thinking of using Smart Gas Heating and Plumbing Services.
George arrived as scheduled and took time to talk through the various items of work, answered our queries and offered helpful advice, tackled each task thoroughly with attention to detail and explained what he was doing, and checked all was satisfactory on completion. A first-class job!
