I had went to this location and was treated very kindly with some of the best customer service, Geovani listen to my concern of my problems I was having with my iPhone and was able to have it fixed right away out the door less then a hour later. Super great experience will be recommending to anyone who needs their tech gadgets fixed here!
What a great experience with Giovanni giving me wonderful help with my laptop. Personable, knowledgeable and very patient. I'm quite impressed with the service and the quick fix of my problems. I had a desperate need for help with my rogue laptop and came back to Smart Fix of course! I had very important documents to process and my laptop was Not cooperating. My phone had some water damage and Giovanni was able to get my phone back to me same day even though it was later in the day! Appreciate the great customer service, pricing was fair (less than I anticipated for water damage and screen repair), and communication from start to finish was exceptional. Thanks again!!
