Really fast and friendly. I have had help with two devices and he was really quick both times. Thankful for the neighborly help! Would recommend to anyone who needed iPad or laptop help!
Geovani was amazing. I went in to get my daughter's phone screen fixed and he gave us a discount with a great price. Best of all I asked him about my phone and the virus i had inside of it and even though I wasnt having any work done, he helped me fix my phone at no cost. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a really great experience at the Tenaya location and wanted to give a shoutout to the technician Giovanni who helped diagnose my computer. Even though the device ultimately wasn’t repairable, he went above and beyond—spending time over two days carefully looking into the issue and making sure nothing was overlooked.
