Not only do I maintain my fitness level but also my mental health especially in the winter time! I visited all the other gyms in Parry Sound and Mike was the only personal trainer I met with, he took the time to determine my goals and started my program right where I was at. He has been challenging me to be my best. I can’t say enough great things about Smart Fitness Studio.

Smart Fitness Studio is an excellent fitness center. The environment at the gym is always welcoming. The place is always clean, well maintained and has a variety of equipment. Highly recommend personal training with Mike Cooper. He is an outstanding fitness trainer, who pushes you to reach your goals in a positive, dedicated way. I have been a member of many fitness organizations over the years, either working on my own or with personal trainers. I started personal training with Mike over 8 years ago and plan to continue for many more years. Mike’s knowledge and style is excellent. A great place for those just starting out or those well on their way. Great atmosphere, great selection of equipment and well maintained. A place where you can get the assistance you need at your pace and comfort level.
