Not only do I maintain my fitness level but also my mental health especially in the winter time! I visited all the other gyms in Parry Sound and Mike was the only personal trainer I met with, he took the time to determine my goals and started my program right where I was at. He has been challenging me to be my best. I can’t say enough great things about Smart Fitness Studio.
Smart Fitness Studio is an excellent fitness center. The environment at the gym is always welcoming. The place is always clean, well maintained and has a variety of equipment. Highly recommend personal training with Mike Cooper. He is an outstanding fitness trainer, who pushes you to reach your goals in a positive, dedicated way.
