Angie Espinosa asst. Relationship Mgr. was professional, poliet and knowledgeable in resolving my bill pay issues. She was welcoming and did not let me wait one minute to be assisted. She was kind enough to do a follow call and email to let me know my issue was resolved. I don't know of any banks that will take the time to do that. Keep of the good work. The location is convenient, lots of parking, free coffee and very clean.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Kassandra. She was amazing in helping me get my personal loan! She really took the time to understand my situation and explain all the options. She found me a great loan with awesome terms and was always there to answer my questions. I highly recommend her!

The 5 stars are for the two women listed in this review. Smart FCU on the whole gets 2 stars. I have been a member for about 14yrs. I have tried, to no avail, to get my title for a vehicle that was paid in full(Aug 2024) Each time I have contacted your customer service line and the Sugar Land branch I have been told, in short, "Oh you don't need it, just go to the DMV".
