This bank used to be a really good service not anymore. I remember 35yrs ago how the management was so helpful. I saw how a big 400 pound guy treat employees and customers. The Latino senior guy in his mid 70's was talking to a lady teller and told her to hurry up that she needs help the rest of us. This guy needs to be retrain how to treat the employees. The Latino guy was talking to the teller in his language I guess that this big guy feels superior he is able to speak English. My advice to management show a little respect... read more

I have been a patron for over 20 years at this branch and in the past the personnel was courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. For the last two years, I have seen how the quality of the service has declined. Today, I needed to withdraw a $1000.00 in $ 100 bills and the tellers told that they did not have enough $100 bills available. One of the tellers was rude to me when I asked them to explain me why a bank did not have enough $100 dollars bills. Her lack of professionalism and manners made very upset. This was a great location when it was corporate headquarters and had wonderful, helpful employees. I have had my account there since 2009 and am deeply disappointed in what this branch has become. I recently tried to deposit a check and was told there would be a 7 day business hold on the check. I asked the teller if she would call the company that issued the check for verification to speed up the process and she told me "we don't do that" and that the company issuing the check wouldn't verify the check anyway.
