Mi Pham is a phenomenal financial representative, and I trust her with all of my financial needs! She has processed payments, deposits, IRS transfers flawlessly and she also lends a listening ear. She has the best personality and she is the reason why I only come to the Lamar HS Branch!
Not happy with this bank, now I learned my money is being stolen, manager can not give me a straight answer except yelling she did not take my money, not a safe place to put my money, bank is saying FDIC does not insure against fraud, even when a bank employee is stealing my money? Moving my money somewhere else, safe from fraud.
I received excellent service today from Mi Pham. She was responsive, attentive and knowledgeable.
