I had to rate at least one star, however if I could they would get no stars!!! Terrible billing department! I had an appointment in September 2024. When I checked-in I was given a form to complete to update my personal information to include my insurance information which had changed. Smart Eye Care billed the wrong insurance company resulting in the claim being rejected. I received a bill in December of 2024 for the full amount of the visit.
