My experience is that John, Diane, Randy and the rest go the extra mile. John just spent 30 minutes on the phone walking my brother through a DIY repair that saved us grief and $$. That's just the way the folks at Smart Energy are and have been that way for the nearly 8 years we've been customers.
Shows very low concern when a customer needs emergency service. Attitude was very similar to that of the former Baker Heating and Cooling. Eg: I was advised that I would have to wait 5 days (without heat) before they would have someone at my home, then I must wait for parts if needed. Service is the backbone to any business and Smart Energy Solutions has just missed the boat.
