Very quick to take my money. Have had my battery installed. My electricity usage has gone up! They refuse to resolve now and really even refuse to communicate.

My experience with SEA in getting a solar battery was very good, from initial contact through to seamlessly operation with our solar panels. Friendly and professional interactions with all staff, including overcoming a scheduling problem with installation. Highly recommended.

Overall the company provided a good system and good installation. There were several issues from point-of-sale through to Installation, including delays, mis-matched panels and installation not being completed on agreed time-line, however the company did follow up and respond and stayed in communication and escalated the issue internally and we got it completed and we are happy with the system and Installation.
