I went with SEA for a 13.3kw system with a 24kwh battery. Quote / contract stage - Their staff member came out to inspect the site and confirm they could do the quoted work. Love working with Smart Energy Answers. Firstly to take their recommendation on Solar panels and installers and now on Battery choice. Very pleased.
Smart Energy Answers connect a 25kwh battery to our existing solar panels. The whole process was excellent from the initial consultation to the final installation by a partner company. The options were clearly presented and the final option we selected was competitively priced. Initially there was an issue with the distribution of solar power to the grid in preference to the battery, but this was quickly resolved by a remotely installed software upgrade. Had my solar panels installed by SEA on October 2020. The cost was high compared to most installers. They are fast to respond during sales. However, takes ages to support you with finance. Did a good job with the installation. Almost 5 years later, I requested for a quote to have solar batteries installed since the product was good although has been discontinued already.
