From providing the quote within a short period of time to advising of all the stages as they occurred and providing the documentation required for Strata the process was relatively simple. A disappointing experience with my battery purchase. Changed the quote price mid installation. Failed to get the battery to work on the day. The only time I heard from them over the new few weeks was their accounts department chasing payment (for a battery that didn't work). Took them a month to come back and get the battery working.

Tl;dr: Very happy with the system! Had a rough patch with a mid-project redesign and communication, but ultimately a solid system and a reliable company. Would recommend if you want a good install and knowledge that the company will stick around (which can be uncertain in the solar industry!). Overall a positive experience. I went with SEA for a 13.3kw system with a 24kwh battery. Once we got into the install, the panels looked like they'd be difficult to fit.
