Installation team were supper fast and tidy. I had a fault with one system component but Kristine and Judy from the customer service team were amazing. They worked with the supplier to identify the fault and organise the replacement.
Just had my 6.2kW system installed today and I’m very happy with the result. Daniele quoted the system and proved very knowledgeable on all aspects of solar/equipment/installations. He promised a good experience and Smart Energy Answers delivered - John, Tim and ‘Vegas’ were on time, polite, helpful and cleaned up the site on completion. A very professional Company and I would gladly recommend SEA to my friends.

Requested small fix right after the installation with not done yet for 6 months, scheduled once and waited at home but didn't show up, a long silence after that ; hard to believe this level of service provider is worth of 4.9 out of 5 review.
