Awesome company, did my solar extremely well. Shaz the specialist was amazing and explained everything extremely well. Grace was amazing with the follow up and was very communicative.
Woeful Sales Experience: Recently had one of their young door knockers visit us. He told us they would have 'specialists' in the area the next few days to provide comprehensive advice and battery options and would assess bills etc to determine whether it is a viable option. I decided to give them a go and booked in with their 'specialist'. The next day the 'specialist' arrived, who just happened to be the exact same person as the door knocker! Quick to take money. After sales service is disgusting. My battery has been inoperable for many months now. I need a service person to come. Not emailing instructions. When my battery is turned on it makes an almighty explosion sound and pops the breaker. My electrician who has come twice now at a cost of $400 days the battery is the issue. Stop putting off sending a tech.
Extremely poor customer service. My biggest regret i am with them. Been complaining about my inverter making sound n showing fault, yet they don't care, n never return calls. Never recommend this company to anyone
From the very first calls, I found Smart Energy to be truly professional, especially in handling data and organization. I didn’t waste time setting things up, and they proved to be reliable, especially coordinating the installation with a local operator in Wagga, which was crucial. Most importantly, they handled the warranty excellently: when a damaged battery came from the manufacturer, they replaced it promptly, and the operators installed it in just one day.
