I am happy to say that the battery and extra solar panels we were told were needed have been functioning as they should. Needless to say I was surprised to receive an email from Energex to tell me that the unit was not correctly installed and that the GSD controller was not installed as it should have been, and for that matter had been paid for. The plumbers consulted with me where i wanted the hot water system and installed correct but the electrician was in a hurry and i will do the the csble tie myself to get the cables off the ground it cost me more to have the hot water tank moved.to a differant location which made it easier to install . Was i entitled to a rebate i didnt ask . Please iask for a itemised invoice and ask questions .but overall the plumbers kept me informed of what they was doing and because of them i was happy with the job and brighte for the in... read more
