In one word DON’T!! They have removed my original review. My battery was “ installed” on the 1st Oct 2024. It still hasn’t been completed 6 months later. When I rang to complain I was told, “ HAVE A JOINT AND CHILL!” Installation was never finished! Hand over was never conducted. I can’t use my system! I can’t access any information about my system. It didn’t work in the cyclone! I can’t access the ap! I have no user manual do I can’t start or shut down the system. They have had more than one NCAT complaint!
I can highly recommend this company, they kept in touch through all stages from first contact to the installation process and beyond. Great staff at all levels.
