Let me start by saying I never take the time to write negative reviews, but I feel I have to share this experience to ensure others proceed with caution when using this small business. The woman who helped me was nice. Unfortunately, they were not able to perform the zipper replacement. She refunded the money I paid so everything is fine. I just need to look for a shop that can make the repair.
Ive been coming here for 10yrs. She has altered multiple bridesmaids dresses for me, my mother of the groom dress, my daughters wedding dress and my 25th wedding anniversary dress! Zero complaints..She's the best!
Absolutely horrendous experience. The staff here is beyond unprofessional—outright insulting customers while taking measurements for alterations. The woman running this place has zero regard for customer service or new clientele, probably because she survives on repeat customers who have no other choice. It’s clear she doesn't care about earning new business, and honestly, she doesn’t deserve to have any. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere—this place is a complete disgrace.
This place fat shamed me I never in my life have felt so disrespected. I came here 2 years ago and came back to have another dress altered. She embarrassed me saying i need to lose another 5 pounds to fit in my dress that was on me. Even after I said it fit me comfortably she continued to embarrass me by laughing and suggesting ! lose weight in front of both female and male customers.
