Overall, I was satisfied with the guy who arrived immediately on the same day and provided a competitive quote of $220 with invoicing. However, I am not entirely happy with the quality of his work. You can see from the before-and-after photos of the dent repair that he did not bother to realign the dent line to its original position. If you understand what I mean, you can see from the lining guide that he should have tapped the line back to straight. Had the work been better in this regard, I would have rated him five stars.
