Phoned to book an x-ray to be sent to my orthodontist, was told everyone was out of clinic, someone would call me back. They never did. Chased it up again, no return on enquiry. I needed two extractions to be done before my braces, booked the appointment, after two attempts at phoning and finally receiving a call back, I phoned ahead to confirm the cost etc. Turned up and was taken for an x-ray but by this point my orthodontist had already cleared that up. I haven't been to the dentists in years, was very nervous about going, the was no need to be, I made a appointment and went, from the young man at reception, to Victoria the dentist, all great, put me at ease, I should have gone sooner.
As good an experience to be had at the dentist. Quick pain free descale, friendly informative staff. Strange to say but I will be back 😀
