I have been ringing the surgery for the past 3 days. After being on hold for 6 mins each time I get a voice msg reply saying sorry mailbox is full. Then the line gets cut off. I have left an email for a call back but no luck.. need to book an appointment.. very very bad service
Sadly my experience with the administration staff here has been very below the standard you'd expect. The dental practitioners have always been great however. My dissatisfaction centres heavily around the poor communication. From never returning messages or emails to then repeated cancellations of my appointments and not contacting me to rearrange.
