I was a patient registered with Littleton road practice, I paid some deposit for polish and scale, but then transfered to the hospital for wisdom teeth removal which waited for more than a year. Now the practice is closed and I have no way to continue my treatment and use my deposit. Tried emailing and ringing several times but no reply at all. It's not a big amount but at least you have to let your patient know. Very bad experience
In my opinion an unscrupulous company. Avoid its dental practice’s at all costs. The NHS must have similar concerns as they recently stopped FIVE Northwest Smart Dental practices from treating NHS patients due to their appalling standards. Google it and see for yourself. Even the legal consultant I was communicating with at this company has now left. My case is currently in the hands of the authorities. Terrible practice. Never answer calls. Rude staff and on top removes patients without being notified.
