This dental surgery shouldn't be even open to a public. Just rang as NHS patient, over 1 hour on the phone trying to get through and when I got through, got a receptionist who is extremely rude,keeps rising her voice and talking over me and then she just hang up phone on me . Unbelievable!!!!! Terrible costumer service.

I am a nurse and was happy to find a practice that would register under NHS, so I registered all my family with Smart Dental. Had to go in to see the dentist there, as this is the protocol for new patients, so fair enough! My husband’s molar cracked in the afternoon following the check up and he jumped on the chair because the dentist kept hitting his teeth with the mirror.
