I moved to smart dental after recommendation from a colleague after feeling a little underwhelmed by another practice in the hills district who were recommending unnecessary procedures. After meeting Jason one of the dentists at smart dental I was put at ease as he looked at my dental records, examined my teeth, and advised treatment which was more in line with best practice. Great service however will run half an hour late and not give you any notice and waste your time by sitting in the waiting room. If the roles are reversed however it would be a completely different story.
Dentists spend the majority of the appointment chatting about their weekend and other social matters to their assistant while they work on your teeth. I felt invisible and ignored. This happened on more than one occasion, which is why I won't be back.
