5 stars to the beautiful and kind girl at the reception desk today. I walked in with EXTREME dental anxiety and also feeling systemically very unwell with a tooth infection and she was so supportive and asked if they could do anything to assist me to feel better.
I recently had a root canal and three crowns done with Dr Jason Pireh, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. After my root canal, I didn’t even need to take a single painkiller — that’s how gentle and skilled they are. The whole team is professional, caring, and very supportive. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
I moved to smart dental after recommendation from a colleague after feeling a little underwhelmed by another practice in the hills district who were recommending unnecessary procedures. After meeting Jason one of the dentists at smart dental I was put at ease as he looked at my dental records, examined my teeth, and advised treatment which was more in line with best practice. Great service however will run half an hour late and not give you any notice and waste your time by sitting in the waiting room. If the roles are reversed however it would be a completely different story.
