This company is fantastic. I have been retired for several years, (to give you reference). I have dealt with many vendors and Edgar and his operation are near the top, if not the top. Quick service, fair costs, and portraying a sense of care and urgency for my issue. Asked pertinent questions, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and kept me abreast on part status. Once part arrived, installed quickly, and to repeat, at a fair price.
They replaced my 25 year old home furnace and also a new thermostat. Awesome job, great price, good people. They were recommended by a neighbor and we’re glad we used them.
Edgar and the team were very professional and knowledgeable! They went step-by-step explaining pros and cons of every option we considered and patiently responded to all our questions. Edgar (the owner) was very knowledgeable and efficient, and his pricing very fair. We called him on the weekend, and he was out at our place 1st thing Monday morning. We needed coolant added and a bad capacitor replaced in our A/C unit. Edgar actually showed us the readings on the meters for both and explained exactly what he was doing.
