I asked for a taper fade with a texture fringe. After waiting for hours.having to come back twice. She called me back and I showed her a picture. She Butchered my hair that I had been growing out for about a year. In less than ten minutes all my curls were GONE! I am a grown man but I have never felt so disrespected, dismissed and the first time I grow out my hair for a long haircut she ruined it! My first time trying this salon. Very bad experience. I walked in. 2 young girls were working. One was doing color and made eye contact with me. Then looked away. Didn't welcome me in. Didn't greet me. The second young girl. Just stared at me like I just walked into her bedroom. And scuzed me off. The other guy waiting said he had been there for 40 minutes and I should sign in. Very nice customer. I ended up going somewhere a little more friendly. Don't waste your time here.
If you Mexican, Hispanic, Latino or brown color don’t recommend this place. I went to get a hair cut they had 3 people ahead of me I wait for about 1 and the lady with short red hair looked at the name in the paper look at me and then call someone else ahead of me. I decided to leave. When I walked in the did not they did not acknowledge me either and everyone else was welcome and acknowledged.
