I was a walk in, at 4:15 pm. Four stylist working on the floor. Two got done and left about 4:30. 20 minutes, waited another 5 minutes more still waiting. It was like I wasn't there ! So I left after a 49. minute wait. Now its 4:50 down to one stylist I left. She was doing a child's hair cut since I walked In. So I just figured if 3 stylist left knowing I was the only one waiting. Jacob is the best! My 11-year-old sons have been coming to him for years. Not only does he give the best cuts, but they love the way he talks to them and listens to them. We can’t recommend him enough!
