This guy has a horrible temper and very foul mouth. He does not treat people with respect and is constantly telling how much he knows and giving you his resume. There is a reason he is not allowed to own a gun (his own admission). Decided not to do business and to go with a real professional. Stay away

Smart Contractors came out this week to install 5 windows in the back of our house and to replace a 1960’s bow window with a picture window and 2 casements. They also discovered some rotting wood behind the soffits and suggested we think about replacing them and our old gutters. I am sooo glad that I did!!! We had Smart Contracting come out and replace 23 window, a slider door and install gutters. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Smart Contracting and Charles are something you can’t find this day in age. The owner sells quality material, prices competitively, works hard with attention to detail and leaves the job site cleaner then when he started! I have nothing negative to say about this company! He really doesn’t need to advertise because his work speaks volumes. I interviewed a dozen window contractors that turned out to be just salesmen. Charles sells, installs and gives you a reasonable bill. He’s the real deal!
