I needed a lot of work done and quickly. I was referred to Pete by my realtor and gave him a call. He got to my house the next day and assessed the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote on that same day. I gave him the green light and he started work right away. We had 2 weeks to get the work done and passed and while he was looking around he noticed some other things that should be done as well.
