We were visiting from NJ, and my laptop died. I brought it in to see if they could give me their first impressions on what was wrong. They were super eager to help, and give me their take on the situation. I wasn't able to leave my computer with them, as we were leaving town that morning - but they were super straight and honest with their immediate impressions of what was happening. I so appreciated the honesty.
They always provide excellent service and are always there when I need them. Very knowledgeable, would recommend to everyone!
The owner came over to my house on a Friday afternoon to diagnose a computer problem. Very nice guy and fixed the problem without charge. I highly recommend Smart Computers.
