We are blessed to have a doctor of Jennifer Balde’s caliber in the tri-cities. My Husband and I have been going to her for many years. She is knowledgeable, competent, kind and caring. She is up- to-date on the latest medicine and medical procedure. There has never been a time when we were unable to reach her in a timely manner. Dr. Balde is an excellent physician. In the three years I have been seeing her I have no complaints regarding her care. She is compassionate and caring and very skilled. She listens and thoroughly explains test results and what course of action needs to be taken to address an issue. She makes referrals to specialists as needed and does not rush through appointments. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Dr Balde explained line by line the results from blood work and answered my questions. She relieved any concerns I might have about borderline results. My age was considered when requesting tests. I learned something I never knew about my health. My medication list was reviewed and I was asked if anything needed a refill. I did not feel there was any time constraint on my visit. So far my experience with Dr Balde has been very positive. I have been without a general care practitioner for a very long time, relying solely on my endocrinologist to take care of most of my health care needs. I’m a 77 year old lady, who has always stressed over seeing a doctor for any reason. I’ve very seldom felt that they were interested in what I had to say, I’m so happy to not feel that way anymore since I found Dr. Balde, she always leads with kindness and interest in me, she always listens and explains everything throughly, I know I will always get the best care with Dr. Balde, thank you so much for restoring my faith in my doctor, you are the best.
