Exceptional work! We’ve hired Mauricio for the past four years to clean our chairs and couches before leaving to go up North for the Summer. He is professional, fast, and very hard-working. He does an excellent job and his pricing is very fair. We look forward to having him return again next year. He is highly recommended!

The quote was $350 to clean the tile and grout and seal the grout. The service was extremely disappointing.
