Called this morning for a clogged sink drain. I knew it was more than a P Trap and told him the issue. He quoted me to fix it and made the appointment. Jerry was on time and professional. He fixed my issue in no time and was honest, fair and stuck to his price he gave over the phone. I would highly recommend. Thank you Jerry.

My shower was leaking into my downstairs bedroom? He charged me $279 to investigate the leak, and he said it was the shower head. He gave me a free shower head. When I came home from work it was still leaking, he did not fix the leak. He told me it needed a cartridge in the handle and he didn't have a cartridge on his truck. How are you a plumber and don't carry a cartridge. Then, I asked him why he didn't go down the street to homedepot and get a part and he said he had other appointments.
