My shower was leaking into my downstairs bedroom? He charged me $279 to investigate the leak, and he said it was the shower head. He gave me a free shower head. When I came home from work it was still leaking, he did not fix the leak. He told me it needed a cartridge in the handle and he didn't have a cartridge on his truck.
