Overall very sastified with service. Plumber was very friendly, informative and knowledgable. He made sure to explain the problem thoroughly and options to fix it. They went beyond standard service. I would use them again.
I called Smart Choice Plumbing with an emergency job. Even though they were overbooked with over 30 people in line due to the Houston freeze, he was still able to squeeze me in between jobs. They were very thorough and I appreciated them getting my water back in service. I would recommend at any time and will use them in the future.
I have used Smart Choice Plumbing several times and they have always been great. On time to the job and do a good job. The last time I used them the plumbers were great. I was just not happy about a couple of things the guys digging the yard up for the pipes when they rerouted the plumbing. It was just small things so I let it go. I will be calling them again when I need a plumber.
NOT SURE WHY THIS COMES UP UNDER CONNOR JOHNSON (MY GRANDSON) BUT MY NAME IS IRIS LAWRENCE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TO USE THIS COMPANY AND WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. GREAT PEOPLE, SERVICE AND PRICE. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Our hot water heater recently died, so I called Smart Choice Plumbing. There was no way I was going to attempt to replace it on my own since it's in our attic! And Smart Choice has always provided prompt professional service for us in the past. True to form, Carlos and his team were very responsive and professional.
