I needed a large deck finished and painted. I secured 3 estimates and Smart Choice was actually the highest estimate. However, Isaias’ team pointed out areas that needed new boards and other flaws. The work was completed on schedule and exceptional.

Isaias and his team are high quality. Importantly, Isaias is responsive. I made a mistake in paint choice and he took it in stride. The crew worked for weeks and the quality stayed the same. One day, I had a quality problem with one of the workers and Isaias promptly changed him out. He is really great with final touch ups. It matters to him that you are happy when the job is finished.
