The absolute worse experience I have ever had. The check-in process itself was fine and the reception pleasant. The wait was not terrible long, despite me being one of two patients. It was a late appointment (after 5PM). The receptionist was kind and the waiting space was comfortable enough. The worst part was yet to come. I love this place. I have had 3 MRI’s here in the last 3-4 years. The place is easy to access and street parking is always available. There are several grocery stores, furniture shops etc. on the same block. If you choose to shop after the MRI or before, there are plenty options. The site itself is beautifully designed and clean. The waiting area has cookies, water, and a keurig maker. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. Testing is a breath of fresh air.
