My old furnace a 40-year-old Lennox broke down (right when a cold snap weather hit us). A friend recommended Mohammed from Smart Choice Heating and Cooling in Ajax. Mohammed came quickly, removed old unit and installed a new Lennox furnace (all the work done in less than 3 hours). He recommended a 2 stage Lennox ML296 series furnace. Stay away from them. I hired them to move my AC/heating unit from one room to another during the winter. Now that we’ve started using the AC, water has been leaking onto the floor, causing damage to both the flooring and my TV. I’ve tried calling and texting multiple times with no response- this is while I paid in full for the services including all applicable taxes. Given the damage caused by the poor quality of their work and the lack of follow-up, I will be pursuing legal avenues.

I met owner, Azam Sadfdary, today when he installed a new furnace, ordered by my landlord. My unit controls the heating. Azam is a very professional business owner who does the installation himself with his team/worker who was also very professional and courteous. Friendly, helpful, considerate, respectful.
