I had a great experience working with David. As a first time customer I got a great deal. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything and was very conscious of my budget. He came to pick it up and drop it off and was able to accommodate our schedule. If I do decide to continue the restoration of this rug at a future date, I will not hesitate to call Smart Choice Carpet Brooklyn. The name says everything!

Incredible work! I fell in love with a vintage rug a few weeks back but made a mistake with a size . Eek! David came to the rescue and cut it! It looks amazing!! It was cut in a way that the borders can be reattached if i wanted to at a later point. So psyched with the results!

Excellent work! David was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process. Smooth pick-up and delivery, and quick turn around time for the cleaning itself. You’d never know there was a massive yellow stain in this rug! Will absolutely use again :)

Even though Smart Choice Carpet's website indicates that the company serves three boroughs in NYC, the Manhattan office agreed to come to my home in southwestern Connecticut to provide a quote to repair and clean a vintage, handmade, 9' x 12' Persian carpet. I will always call and recommend David and his company for my rug cleaning needs! I was able to get my rugs cleaned quickly and with care, and they didn’t mind working with me to hold my rugs while I was away on vacation!
