Very happy with our experience. The ordering process was easy, they were timely in their communication, and appreciated that they could provide an installer.
Great overall experience, We were matching the original cabinetry in the house and they were able to find the exact cabinets, the only issue was the color was wrong when delivered the issue was the manufacturer had discontinued that color but smart choice stepped right up and Connie arranged for a painter to come and paint the new cabinets to match the existing perfectly. The experience took longer than expected or planned but the end result was excellent. would definitely use this company again
Love the selections
Unprofessional at best. Their website claims a quick quote but that was not my experience. I had been corresponding with them for months with few responses and never received a quote. Finally the employee I was working with completely ghosted me. Terrible business.
I ordered some cabinets from Smart Choice in Orlando and my experience was outstanding! They were courteous and very professional. They made sure that my order was complete and correct and promptly placed it with the manufacturer. They kept me informed via email with the status of the order and shipping information. I Chose to pick my cabinets up at the warehouse and the warehouse staff was incredibly helpful and assisted with the loading.
