I had a repetitive oil leak that was covered under warranty. BJ and his techs took steps to repair the leak and clean up the engine bay. I'd recommend Smart Chevy/GMC Service Department!
I waited for a little over a week for Mack to call me back about finding an SUV. He never did, and now I’m glad he didn’t. I decided to just go to the lot to test drive. Eddie was the associate that was available to help me. He was great to work with, and I’ll definitely give him repeat business.
I don't return messages in a timely manner. I spent 40 minutes driving gear to get keys cut for fobs I already own and was refused. I was told that cutting the keys I brought would damage the bits for their machine. I could buy a key from them and they would cut it for $168. That's a load of crap, they're upset that people can buy a 10 or $20 key fob off the internet instead of paying outrageous prices for them through them. Definitely shady business practice in my book.
