Lisa was very helpful, providing advice and following up on questions I had. Her response times were very fast! I wasn't sure what I needed in an EV charger and Lisa even followed up with the EV car company to find out what features were in the car itself. I ended up getting a simpler, and less costly charger, than the one I thought I originally needed.
