I took my 2013 smart car here for a diagnostic They told me I needed a new fuel pump/tank for $3600 After it was towed back to my house i thought I'd look at the fuses. Turns out they never checked the fuses.. they diagnosed me having a bad fuel pump but never checked the fuses?. They don't return my calls My emails anything. Got a used smart from an outside party. I tried calling this center to get information about how to acquire a new key for the smart. I called before 5, I guess someone named Sharon picked up, told me to hold on after I asked my question. Approaching half an hour on hold and repair services are definitely closed by now. I don't know if customer service is better in-person but definitely bad customer service when you attempt calling unless you want a new car.
