Service was fine, efficient and courteous however, when I went to use an item I had installed at another shop, I found they had disconnected and removed it. I've contacted them 3 times now to have the problem addressed and am getting NO response whatsoever. I'm furious. Will not return.
Had to return to dealer ship to have the engine bonnet alert adjusted. That has never happened before.

Bill was great and very communicative, but the repair took an extraordinary amount of time. I’m not sure if they don’t have enough mechanics or what the core issue is, but I was a little surprised by the amount of time it took
