Excellent service with Bill B. at Mercedes Benz of Seattle. We have dealt with this dealership for over forty years and I could not think of a better place to buy a car or have it serviced. Bill Bellecourt is our current service advisor and when our check engine light when on, I called Bill and he explained why we should bring our car in to have it checked which he set up the same day. The problem was a bad coil and spark plug and we had the problem fixed and also did the service which was about due all in a few hours. Great... read more

Mercedes of Seattle contacted me it was time for Service A. Getting an appointment and getting a loaner car was easy. Brennan is my Service Advisor. He listened and noted all my concerns. He texted me early afternoon and stated the car was ready. When I arrived he explained their findings and repairs. One minute later the car was pulled around and I was back on the road.
