I had a problem with a new 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Service department bent over backwards to resolve this issue, including getting the Chrysler-Jeep engineer to come from Dallas to look at the vehicle. Jim Clarke is the new Service Manager and I highly recommend him and his staff, especially Jaye and Tom.They will be my service company forever.

Service is terrible and they don't care! I purchased a Cherokee Overland (top of the line) in summer '06. In less than a month, the door seals on both back doors had come out. Took the Jeep to the dealer and they held it overnight. They also replaced three of the four bolts on the "flap" covering the oil pan (charged me for this "courtesy"!). Next day I had to call dealership back to get Jeep insteading of them contacting me. They said that an order for the seals had been placed and that they would call me for installation. ... read more

Terrible service! Terrible service department..will never go back....they actually kept my car over the weekend and would not release it or return my calls...I was two minutes late after closing and no one would help me.....worst service I ever experienced, no apologies were given by service or the dearlership manager.
