They never call back when they say they do
I have brought my SMART eCAR here several times for its inspection, tune up etc. Customer Service is always highly professional and they have a GORGEOUS SHOWROOM plus a great Coffee Bar & Lounges! Thank You Octavio & Marcos. My only "complaint" is that due to The Pandemic they are a bit understaffed and hours have been shortened (like every place else!) So sometimes picking up my car after work can be tricky.
This place is disgrace. After several tries I bought my brakes on eBay as Ordering parts over the phone is mission impossible. You have to listen to 20 minutes of adverting about their service and sales and at the end you call is disconnected.
Do not come here they keep your car for weeks and when they call you they add on bunch of other stuff you don't need to change. This place is disgrace. Thought we would have good experience with official dealer but it's actually the opposite.
